Enhancements and bugfixes

• Clicking the support icon in the top menu now gets you to our new Support Portal
• Enhancements to the Execution Counts that makes the nightly job a lot faster and prevent possible timeouts.
• Fix for a bug that could lead to the creation of extra Business Data when cloning a test scenario.
• Links to derived conditions in decision tables were messed up when changing the order of conditions in a decision table.
